Sales support

We'll share our knowledge to help you choose and we'll show you samples and images and provide you with everything you need to make an informed decision. To proceed, a deposit is required to secure your booking. As our shutters are made to order, your order will arrive within 10-12 weeks. Once delivered, we'll contact you to schedule a fitting date and collect the remaining balance.

On the day

We aim to complete most installations on your fitting day within one day. We'll fit your new shutters, show you how to operate them and give you advice on how to keep them in top condition. Our goal is to make you comfortable and happy with our work, keeping our work area clean and tidy throughout the process. All that's left to do is to sit back and enjoy your new installation!

Guarantee

We provide a 3-year warranty on all installed shutters, which gives you complete peace of mind. The warranty covers the following aspects: - The color fastness is covered for 3 years. - Workmanship and working parts of the shutter are covered for 3 years. - Hardware is covered for 1 year. - Stainless steel hardware is covered for 3 years.

We offer a wide range of styles, including; full-height,
tier-on-tier, café-style shutters, in various materials and colours to match your decor or application. No matter the size or shape of your window, we have a shutter to suit. Our shutters can be custom-made to fit any specialty window, such as arches, circular port holes, gothic church windows, and angular triangles.
